You can request support by accessing Cinedeck Service Desk. From there, you’ll be able to ask a support question, request information on licensing,  report a bug, request a feature and much more.

If you don’t have an account with Jira, you’ll be asked to create one easily with just your email address. With an account, you’ll be able to track your support request and access a knowledge base for Cinedeck hardware platforms, CD2 software and Capture2Cloud.
