CD2 software ingest can record all major formats including ProRes, DNxHD/HR, XDCAM, AVC-I, XAVC, JPEG2000, H.264 and even H.265. We also support SRT in caller and receiver mode, 3G/12G SDI and even IP-2110 as input sources.

Unlike single camera recording devices, CD2 gives you a ton of flexibility, including the ability to record and playback your files from a network destination.
Cinedeck has been supporting Avid native files for nearly a decade. And CD2 software includes the ability to write MXF OpAtom files so that you can drop in the AAFs and just start editing on Media Composer straight away.
CD2 has several features that can help you turn around media quickly including Edit While Capture and Segment Recording.
