Simple Send to Playback

Playing back a file while it’s being exported from a timeline is still an important workflow for many broadcasters. 

For XDCAM Op1A MXF files from both Adobe Premiere and Avid Media Composer, any Cinedeck can play back the file as it’s being exported. 

Here’s how it works on Cinedeck: 

• Start exporting your sequence
• Select a Cinedeck channel for playback
• Scan for media to find your exporting sequence
• Select the file for playout.

Sounded simple, right? There’s no setting up or configuring for playback so operating the Cinedeck for this workflow is as straightforward as 1-2-3-4.
