ウォッチフォルダーベースのワークフロー・クリエーターであるcineX-APIは、他のウォッチフォルダーベースのツールとデイジーチェーン接続することもでき、同じアセットに対してリアルタイムよりもはるかに高速なプロセスで複数の変換を行うことができます。

これまでcineX-APIは、RESTful APIを使用したMAMとの統合によってのみ利用可能でした。RESTful APIは依然として最も一般的なAPI言語ですが、それでもプログラミングの経験が必要であり、カスタム・ユーザー・インターフェースを必要とする施設ばかりではありません。
